• Cleaning service 2x week (includes change of towels and change of bed linen once a week): 35€/month (subject to the availability of our housekeeping team)

• Apartment T1: 1.064€/month (01/11/2026 to 31/12/2026) | 1.167€/month (01/01/2027 to 31/03/2027)
• Cleaning service 2x week (includes change of towels & change of bed lien once a week) – 35€/month (subject to the availability of our housekeeping team)
• Extra person – 15€/night/person
SEMI-LONG STAYS
• Minimum 1 Month (30 continuous days)
• Studio Pool View: 1.162€/month (01/11/2026 to 31/12/2026) | 1.219€/month (01/01/2027 to 31/03/2027)
• Apartment T1: 1.283€/month (01/11/2026 to 31/12/2026) | 1.346€/month (01/01/2027 to 31/03/2027)
• Cleaning service 2x week (includes change of towels & change of bed lien once a week) – 35€/month (subject to the availability of our housekeeping team)
• Extra person – 15€/night/person
A 25% (non-refundable) deposit of the total stay is required to secure your apartment.
